Delivery Fee: ৳70

Outside Dhaka
Delivery Fee: ৳120
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
Delivery Partners: RedX, Steadfast
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation. Premium Gadgets BD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason.
Return & Refund Policy
At Premium Gadgets BD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.
Eligible for Return or Refund
A return, replacement, or full refund may be approved if:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive the wrong size, model, or a missing item.
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
In these situations, Premium Gadgets BD will provide either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Not Eligible for Return
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after receiving the product.
No issue is reported at the time of delivery.
The product has been used, physically damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
Compatibility issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Refund Process
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
Any issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery while the delivery agent is present.
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos as proof of the issue.
Once a product is accepted without any complaint, it will be considered delivered in satisfactory condition, and no refund or return request will be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Request Time Limit
Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
How to Request a Return
If you experience any issue with your order:
Contact us immediately upon receiving the product.
Report the issue while the delivery agent is present whenever possible.
Provide the required order details along with photos or videos if requested.
Our support team will review the case and guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process.

Premium Gadgets BD strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing. However, slight differences in product appearance, packaging, or color may occur due to manufacturer updates, display settings, or photography.
Warranty & Manufacturer Responsibility
Any manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturer. Premium Gadgets BD is not responsible for warranty claims that fall outside the manufacturer’s coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Premium Gadgets BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the amount paid for the purchased item.
